Jenna Busch received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education, English, and Mathematics at Oakland University, in Michigan. Jenna spent many years teaching both elementary and middle schools students in the public school setting. Later, Jenna decided she wanted to go back to the medical field and began studying medical billing and compliance. Jenna furthered her education by becoming a Certified Professional Compliance Officer and helps many offices throughout the nation understand Medical Billing Compliance, HIPAA regulations, and OSHA regulations. She currently teaches a multitude of seminars both locally and statewide with various billing and compliance topics. Additionally, Jenna is the co-founder and CEO, of CARE Medical Billing Inc. Care Medical Billing, Inc. focuses on billing and compliance for Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices. Her staff and company work with several Chiropractic physicians throughout the nation with their billing and compliance needs. Her unique understanding of the internal workings of a medical office, through her work at Performance Sport & Spine, help lead the profession through questions and needs on a daily basis. Jenna has a passion to teach and engage the staff to help deliver the best customer service to patients. Jenna’s desire is to go above and beyond patient expectations and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction in the office. She is the mother of two and enjoys singing, hiking, and begin involved in both church and volunteer activities. She and her husband, Dr. Jeremy Busch both have a love of traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
